EASY-TO-FIT INDUSTRIAL DOOR SHUTTERS
Measuring Instructions
The shutters may be installed either inside or outside the property. (chain operated internally fitted only) The shutters are installed upon the face of the opening or the recess of the opening. If the shutter is installed within the recess, the height of the shutter box will be included in the shutter height. When the door is fully raised, a minimum of 55mm bottom slat should hang down into the guide rails. The guide rails on each side of the shutter are 65mm wide. (It is recommended that from each edge of the opening width the guides and angles are set on 75mm.)The box is dependent upon the height of the shutter - see (shutter door box sizes below) for required sizes. For face fitting, the guide rails are added to the opening width; for recess fitting, the guide rails are inclusive of the opening width.
