Powder coated to standard Grey with textured finish.
Stainless Steel threshold.
Door frame is constructed of steel and has a thickness of 2mm.
Door panel is constructed of steel and has a thickness of 1mm.
Left hand or right hand available.
Quick and simple to install.
The Frame is pre-drilled ready for easy installation.
On site Installation of panic bar is required

Escape doors, Steel personnel doors or Fire Rated doors 1, 2, 3 and 4 hour fire rated doors, offer ideal security for both personnel access, heavy duty use and fire Rated Escape exit. The Fire Rated door-set options are single or double leaf and are all made to measure. Supplied in a standard colour RAL 7015 (Grey). Other Powder coat finished colours are available if required a surcharge will apply. Standard single Personnel doors are available from stock or single Escape Doors are also available in stock, and come complete with panic bolt. Doors are polyester powder coat finish as standard. The fire rated door-set leafs are of a thick composite construction comprising 1.25mm steel skins and a bonded honeycomb core infill. Each leaf is supplied with two high load, ball race hinges. The frame is constructed of folded steel section with butt joints. Each frame is provided with fixing plates welded into the frame for installation into conventional openings.

Fire Rated Steel Hinged Door And Frame, Tested And Certified To LPS 1056 1,2,3 & 4 Hour Fire
All Made To Measure single or double configuration To Suit Structural Openings.

Fire rated steel hinged door and frame, tested and certified to LPS 1056 certificate No. 131a (1,2,3 & 4 Hour Fire Rated.) Manufactured under ISO9001:2000 Quality System.
A 1.6mm single rebate folder steel Frame section with butt joints at the head.
Door supplied with Panic Bolt and Heavy Duty closer.
Each frame is provided with fixing plates in the frame for easy installation.
The leaf a flush edge 46mm thick composite construction comprising a 1.25mm zintec steel skins and a bonded honeycomb core infill.
Each leaf is supplied with 3 No. high load ball race hinges stainless steel.
Powder coat finish to RAL 7015 standard colour (grey) Other colours available.
Aluminium threshold and smoke seals
Pre-drilled locking mechanism.
Security astragal, fixings and shims supplied with door.
